General Business Terms- The risks involved with each order are carried by the client and he is obligated to keep the contractor from harm and complaints.
- Employment, redemptions and vehicle use take place after material estimates, unless special arrangements are requested by the client.
- When motor vehicle operations occur, in the interest of correct detective work and road safety, two detectives are used. The difficulty of traffic conditions will be refered to.The client is committed to repay possible traffic summonses fully when the relation between cause and effect is documented.
- If it is determined during investigations that a person must be guaranteed that his name stay secret, the client must go without this information.
- The documentation, usually in writing, is strictly confidential and is intended only for the client. No responsibilty can be taken for the use of reports and results by the client. Telephone reports are noncommittal because of possible hearing errors and erroneous views.
- The client is committed to cover time and special expenditure with running pre-payments.
- When reports are made to the client, all accumulated costs up to then are due. The client is obligated to replace all cash payments and costs. When payments are due, if these are not fulfilled or not fulfilled completely, the client accepts the correctness of the total payment requested and commits himself to payment thereof including the recovery of cash payments and including pre-procedure costs.
- All requirements within the current contract remain unaffected by possible recourse requirements of the client to third parties, in addition aswell as reduction.
- A compensation for the demand for fees by the contractor with a demand from the client of whatever kind is impossible.
- The client recognizes authority and court appointments, which result directly and indirectly from an order, as necessary and therefore the expenditure must be paid by the client. This applies even if it is a public rights citizen obligation to carry out the appointment. The requirement results from the presence at the appointment, independent of an examination, an adjournment etc.. Requirements for fees are omitted on our part to the court or the authority.
- The client gives expressly authority for necessary file inspection to the contractor at courts and authorities.
- Deviations to the trading conditions and fee agreements are required in writing to be valid and must be validated by the contractor.
- If the available placing of order does not take place via the client personally, but by an asked or authorized person, then this person aswell as the client is responsible undividedly for all requirements within the order.
- During personal placing of an order, the available agreement can be further used if the commisioning party gives other orders by telephone or in writing due to the trading conditions.
